Everon looking for acquisitions in Colorado

Everon is looking to acquire smaller service providers in Colorado Springs, Boulder, Denver, Loveland, and Fort Collins.

Ideal candidates would fit the following description:

  • Approximately $250k – $750k in 2008 revenue
  • Hourly rates at or above $100/hour
  • Client base at least introduced (not necessarily fully converted) to the managed services model
